Tucked away in the latest beach front mall - The Straits Quay in Penang, Delicious greets you with a simple yet inviting facade. Stands only few meters away from Malacca Straits, it is also overlooking the boat marina, be the last restaurant towards north.


Adopting blue for the theme and bird cage as their icon, this posh eatery offers the option of sea breeze if one loves the umbrella table or high chair at their patio. Whilst indoor diners can feel so much at home when they opt for couch to enjoy the irresistible desserts served on coffee table.

Delicious features a fusion menu and you will enjoy the mains that stage flavors from the globe such as pasta, grills, sausages, burgers, sandwiches and curries too! And most people fall in love with their desserts!
Cheesecake, tiramisu, flourless cake, tarts, pudding, brownie, just to name a few.

Everything looks good, so what did we go for?

Tomato Brushetta - simple but scrumptious as one bites.

Green curry chicken served with steam rice. Richness of spices, green creamy gravy was surprisingly not that hot. Thumbs up! I loved their the tangy pamelo accompaniment too.

Orange flourless cake, topped with crunchy peanuts was served warm.
Macademia cheesecake -  Superb, lovely but very rich, as if I was biting a piece of cheese. I packed the half remained for the next day's breakfast!

Beverages? We asked for Vanilla and Butterscoth Shake.

Ambiance is fabulous and food obviously stands out, precisely as the name of the restaurant, indeed delicious! However, their service was a bit of let down. Looking forward for more efficient and proactive waitstaff.
