If it swims, it is here. Nevertheless, there could be some overlapping with cuisine that is prepared from sea creatures for instance 'Fish & Chips' that I would document under American or Western in general and 'Sashimi' which would go under 'Japanese'. A simple rule of thumb, this category would file dishes from seafood restaurants and possibly extending to exotic seafood.   Bon Appetit! |
