People said a fantastic impression is a lasting impression! Time flies, most memories have passed but our dining experience at Sukhumvit Seafood Market and Restaurant in Bangkok still fresh and lingers in mind.
Seafood Market and Restaurant - If it swims, we have it!
Located at the neighborhood of Sukhumvit in the heart of Bangkok, Seafood Market and Restaurant was brought to us by a Malaysian friend who is an expat in Bangkok.

We arrived in the evening for dinner. As we were about to walk into the restaurant, to our left is a huge kitchen, lining up all the chefs in white uniforms cooking or preparing dishes.

Moving into the dining area, it is vast as if I was walking into a hall with tables arranged systematically and
waitstaff smiling, offering to assist you. School of marine creatures were among the 3-D display as if swimming above us in the large hall.

Add on to our surprise, we were going to shop for what we love to eat! About 50-meter length counter offers customers an opportunity to pick their favorites including the exotic seafood like King crab, lobster, Tiger prawn and Oyster. Aside from the live sea creatures, further down the aisle provides plenty of options for vegetables and spices as well. To kick start this gastronomy adventure is get a cart, push through the counter, pick your favorite seafood and vegetable. Inform the staff how and what to be included, in other words any cooking styles that you fancy e.g. Thai, Chinese, International, Western etc. Then, be seated and the delectable dishes would be served soon.

In short, you can shop and dine under one roof within a couple of hours. What an amazing experience!
